The dinner experience
A smaller table.
Room to connect.
Each gathering begins with the restaurant: a distinctive place worth discovering, with a private dining space comfortable enough for everyone to settle in and talk.
An intimate, local gathering
We aim for around eight invited guests plus Christina and Chad, with the final group shaped by the venue. Invitations focus on surrounding communities, generally within about 20 miles of the restaurant, with a short, convenient trip in mind.
Dinner with a purpose
Plan for approximately two hours of dining, guided leadership conversation, and connection with peers. Sponsor-supported hospitality allows invited leaders to attend at no cost. The evening centers on shared learning and conversation, without sales presentations, with space to get to know the people around the table.

A Certified Professional Coach since 2011, Christina helps people deepen their self-awareness and strengthen the relationships that shape their lives. Her work brings together personal coaching, mentorship, family dynamics, and emotional awareness.
Drawing on her experience as a wife, mother, and entrepreneur, she creates space to explore how we communicate, set boundaries, express love, and recognize our own patterns. Her approach welcomes reflection, practical insight, and a fuller understanding of ourselves and the people around us.

Chad’s expertise centers on matching people with the right support, business mentorship and development, and executive business coaching. He works with people navigating leadership, business relationships, and the next stage of their professional growth.
